Colloquium on Quantum Phenomena, Consciousness, and Being
Seven Wisdom Traditions
In addition to quantum phenomena, the Colloquium’s research is based on
eight different wisdom traditions:  Vedanta (particularly as expounded by
Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, founder of Transcendental Meditation™ and the
TM Sidhi Program™);  Taoism (the Tao as the Unknown and the
Unknowable);  Theosophy (its third goal:  "to investigate the unexplained
laws of nature and the powers latent in man");  Anthroposophy (Rudolf
Steiner);  Alice Baily (her works from the Master DK);  Franz Bardon;  and
the teaching of the Abraham Entities brought to us by Jerry and Esther
Hicks (leading edge of thought).

These traditions all have one thing in common:  They are exploring and
expounding upon wisdom that is inbuilt in nature and that is structured in
natural law.  It is the blueprint of the evolution of consciousness.  It is not
human-made.  It is the unmanifest becoming manifest.  The powers that are
creating and maintaining the universe have provided it for human
consciousness to explore and to expand upon.  As humans we are at the
leading edge of thought.  We mold the clay and produce art that enriches the
source from which it came.  This perpetual development guarantees eternity.
Without it, there would be annihilation.

These wisdom traditions include metaphysics, esoteric thought, and
mysticism and their practical application is the development of
consciousness.  Since these four words consciousness, metaphysics, esoteric
thought, and mysticism are commonly understood in ways that are
incompatible with the Colloquium’s work, their definitions are also given.
